It is getting closer

For those of us who celebrate Christmas it is a very special time of the year. We get together with family and friends. For many of us it a time of awakening spirituality, to me it is a time of love caring and giving. There is also a lot of eating so we have to have mindfulness eating.

Yes it is a time that is hard to have physical weight loss, but if we eat right we don't have to put on weight. Eat the exercise foods like low fats, fresh vegetable and whole grain foods. It is not that difficult and you stay healthy to the boot.

Watching children this time of year is special. They are so excited about what Santa might bring them. When I was a little boy all I wanted for Christmas was something for my train set. When I awoke Christmas morning and found Santa in fact did leave me something for my train set. I would quickly get it out of the package and take it and put in the train set. There was one problem. Christmas day I could never play with my train set because and Dad and Uncles played with most of the day. The way I looked at it I had the rest of the year to play with my train set and in fact I did.

After our family opened our gifts, which we did Christmas morning, I would go over t my friend’s houses to see what Sana left them. Everyone was so happy and had smiles on their faces that could light up a Christmas tree.

For me Christmas has not lost its magic. People all seem joyous and just want to have a happy time with all who is around them.

So Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and a Happy Holiday to all

Desire

When we have a driving desire to achieve something, it is a motivator that gets things done. Napoleon Hill wrote that the first step in achieving success is having a strong desire. To do this you have to do some smart goal setting. So when you setting personal goals take time to really set the right goals and then match them with appropriate objects.

Desire is good and need, but when you have intent it adds so much more to you commitment. Then there is something even stronger and that is when you develop a passion for what you’re doing.

Passion is something that becomes part of your whole being. It is something that is forever in your mind. You go to bed with on your mind and you wake up with your passion shining brightly in your every thought.

Does the passion come first or does desire come first? That is a good question. I feel that passion drives you to your desire. The passion is the flame that heats the desire that drives you to achieve your goals.

You know when a person has passion for something. It is how they talk about it. You can see it in their face and the energy they extend when working on their passion. Passionate people have a way of motivating you into action that helps their cause.

We need desire but we also need the passion to make our desires blossom to their fullest potential.

Happiness with wealth to you

Here is a good idea

Do have keys for your car that have an automatic door lock and unlock. Does it also have a panic button that blasts your car horn, if you do this can work for you.
Take your car keys to bed with you at night. I am not crazy, so please here me out. This is not my idea, but I was asked to pass this idea around.

Let’s say you have a home security system and you do use at night. This idea will still help. If your’ like me for years I never use our security system at night, but one day a good friend who is a retire FBI agent told me he uses his security system every night.

Then I asked myself why we don't use ours and after a little check I found out how to use it for night time when we where home and have been using it ever sense.

Now for the car keys when you go to bed. You just put your car keys on your bed stand within easy reach. Let say you hear some sound outside and you take a peak and see someone trying to get into your car. Guess what you do. You guessed it you pick up your car keys and hit the panic button. Then watch the stranger that was trying to break into your car run. Yes this person will run as far away for your car and home as fast as possible.

Kind of neat using you car keys as home security system, try it.

Can you think of other things you could do that your car keys would be helpful for. If you do E-mail me at
